Self Love

 Practice daily self-care activities such as exercise, healthy eating, and getting enough sleep.


• Set boundaries and learn to say no to things that don't align with your values or goals.

• Practice positive self-talk and replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

• Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you.

• Take time for hobbies and activities you enjoy.

• Be kind and compassionate to yourself, as you would be to a friend.

• Remember that self-love is a journey, not a destination. Be patient and kind to yourself as you work towards a more positive self-image.
